Step by Step tutorial needed for bootstrap on ASP.net

Question

Dear experts,

 

 

I am now tasked with creating an ASP.Net formed based MVC site with Bootstrap for frontend.  Alas, I haven't touched HTML and CSS for nearly 7 years.  Nowadays, I am concentrating more on the backend.  And this few days, I am still trying hard to make sense on how ASP.net logic layer working with the dropdown list etc etc....My head is going to explode soon.

 

Thus, i really hope someone can point me to a Step-by-Step tutorial on Bootstrap esp how it can integrate with master page and the dropdown list etc etc.
