starting in debug mode is dead slow.

Question

Hi all, I have been writting an application in ASP.NET with C#, all was running good then suddenly everything started to slow down when I start the app in debug mode it can take a few minutes before I see anything. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this could be happening? I wouldn't know where to start with information on my system. Thanks in advance,
