SSIS - EXCEL TO ORACLE

Hello,

I am a beginner with SSIS and I am transferring data from an excel spreadsheet to an oracle database. Everything seems to execute well except that my Data Flow hangs on yellow. The spreadsheet contains 25,000 rows when you physically look at the speadsheet. The Source - Query only shows 23,405 and after the Data Conversion it only shows 4,681 rows being transferred to the Destination. Why is this happening? Is there some bottleneck going on? How can I speed this data load? How can I troubleshoot to figure out the issue?
