hello i am working on sql server 2012. and suddenly i got "Evaluation period has expired.For information on how to upgrade your evaluation software please go to http://www.microsoft.com/sql/howtobuy" this alert box..

 

so what i do..and how i get my database back..

 

and my databaes is there or not.

 

what about my database.can i get back my db
