sql queries

Question

Hii 

I have 1 table where doctr_name,mobile,Source_name r fields And in 2'nd table Lab_name,mobile,source_name r fields.

Now i want show the recently added doctor_name and lab_name in a Region.

And Also what is region in sql and when do we use them.
