SQL Database File Not Created and Not Opened

hey guys

i want to open an ready project in my vs 2012

i've open all thing and every thing is ok

but

about database when i want to open it and see tables and data

or any thing in server expelorer

show me this error and i cant even creat a new Microsoft DataBase File :( allways show me this erorr

i treid Repair feature in Unistall Program\ And Tried To Repair SQL Data Tools but not working at all :(
