Sql connection doesn't open in vb.net

Currently i am working on autocomplete textbox with vb.net . When i am doing debug of code then show below error on connection open.

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Transactions, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The handle is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070006 (E_HANDLE))
