SPFX react component

Question

Hi I am new to SPFX and react and want to develop three component one is Tab second is tiles and third is grid on click on tab tiles will display and on click of tiles specific data in grid will show this all data is in sharepoint list ,

 

Its like parent child and sibling relationship in react component call one component on another click 

 

I have came across ui farbric component  while trying some sample webpart 

 

Can someone please guide me on this
