Spfx Authentication of SharePoint Rest Api in mobile devices

Question

Hi Everyone

 

I am developing an SPfx webpart that consumes sharepoint list data using rest api. This app also behaves like a PWA. I need to know what are the ways to set the authentication so this app can be accessed even in mobile devices. Do I have to register this app in Azure so it can be accessed only by members of my organisation?.

 

I am a beginner in this so any leads would help.
