speech recognition

Question

I m a student of computer science ,I want you people to resolve a problem of mine.
Can any 1 of you tell me about how to enable speech recgnition(stt)  in C#.Net ,complete working code which can take speech as an input & convert it into text, & the same  code can train voice/accent and can fully help me out
