source code control management
Jun 22 2004 1:58 AM
Hi all, I am customizing a website for internal use. In the process, based on evryday requirements, changes are made to the original source code. I would like to know as to how i can keep versions of these source code with out having to go through through much hasssle. At present, i am just creating new folders (with the folder name containing the date of change) in the wwwroot folder. I wanted to know how to use the source code control management system - Visual source safe. I have microsoft visual studio .NET 2003 installed on my system. Please help me navigate from here. Waiting for your inputs at the earliest. Thanks in advance! Regards, chaitrabc
