Sort order of posts

Question

It would much nicer if the posts always shown in the sort order (preferably descending) of their date and time.

 

It is okay when there are just a few, however, when they are may it takes a while to understand the context of each one and very difficult to find out which is the latest.

 

This becomes especially difficult as the date time shown are not local.
