Software problem created in vb6

Question

I am using a calculation software for many days.

In that software first we have to input value or tiles in the column for which i want to work.

so earlier it was saving the records along with the code in database also it was showing the record in Msgrid

But now when i input values in the column it cannot be seen in the ms grid nor it is being saved in database.

when i press enter after entering the values in the column nothing happens.

Plz help me to sort out this issue.
