smtp server installation and tutorial

im daniel crisostomo from philippines. i need a tutorial and how to install smtp server on iis? i dont know how to operate that. is there someone that has a good heart and a big brain to help me? pls reply to this question. im using vb 2008 for my system to send an auto email
