SMTP Mail Server

Question

Hi all,

 

While sending an email through port: 587 in SMTP server I am getting bellow error,

 

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 203.43.120.46:587

 

Can anyone please help me to get out of this?
