SMS Provider in Saudi Arabia

Hi everybody!
I am trying to apply my VB.NET application to send SMS in Saudi Arabia as my test. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the provider for me to send the SMS message. Please if you have any reference where to find the list it will be a great help for me to succeed my test VB.NET SMS application.
