Small Window (Size of the page)

Question

Hi,
I have a link called 'View' in my GridView to disply the shedule of each candidates. These details are displayed in an outlook format which comes from the database, but will be displayed on a seperate page which should be SMALLER THAN THE current page. So, when I click on the link -'View' in the GridView, it should open a SMALL WINDOW to display the details. After viewing the user should be able TO CLOSE IT AND CONTINUE to the next candidate in the gridview.  I don't want a Details view control. How can I set the size of a page/control which will open as a seperate page?
