Want to switch my self to mnc

sir i have experience of eight years in .net technology and working as web developer in small organization and have good knowledge of asp.net webforms , Asp.net MVC , LINQ ,MS Sql Server ,Jquery ,Ms Sql server and want to switch myself but my 12 th academics are not so much great and i have bca and mca degrees in which mca is of distance will mnc hier me.I have made lot of projects in eight years
