Single CheckBox selection at a time in treeviewitems

Question

I have a treeview with 45 treeviewItems, each treeviewitem has a checkbox, how to select only one checkbox at time and remaining checkbox should be deselected until that selected checkbox becomes unchecked ... Thanks in advance.
