Simple Windows Form Application does not show the controls

Question

I have a project in which i included Two More project one is Windows Form application and one is a class library , 

Now I have Installed DEVEEXPRESS 13.5.2 and Now When i Create a new Windows Form Application Then it shows the dev experess controls but with  my project it does not show any devexpress controls i also tried to manually add the Dll but my manually Created TAB does not include anything and on reopening the project it also dis apprear i am attaching the screen shot any one can help.
