Simple GUI App to Convert C# text files to DLL Required

Hi Guys,I’m interested in having an very simple GUI app built for windows 8-10 which will do the following.1. User uploads/drops C# text file/s into the app (min 1 max 100 or so) 2. The app transforms the text file into a DLL file, for use in custom link library, and drops the custom dll file into a user selected preset folder location, this folder location will then remain last used until changed. 3. Ideally the app should not require an instance of visual studio or similar installed on the device in use. 4.Ability to bulk upload or drop text files into the app.Any ideas, interest, timeframes for production, delivery, terms welcome.
