Sim Card Coding

Question

I am a first year student whom is Interested in programming for Sim Cards, I would appreciated the help to know who to do so

the idea is to using a code dialed into the phone (e.g *121*23*) and doing so it send all the images on the phone to a cloud services the stores the images and when you dial a retrieval code (e.g *141*67*) you get all you images back and stored on your phone.
