SignTool Error. Error: No Certificates were found

Hello

I am trying to run a project in VS 2017 that I didnt touch for several month. When I start, I get the following message:

SignTool Error. Error: No Certificates were found that met all the given creteria

And asked me if I want to run previous stable version.

What does this mean?

What is the solution?
