show popup when some one visit website from outside India???

Hello,

 

I m using asp.Net Platform... 

 

Suppose i want to show popup for India or Outside India Countries  when a user visit. www._____.IN for INDIA user & www._____.Com for outside India User.

if some one open .Com website from India than it show a popup for confirm for .In or .Com, & other is if a person visit website from o/s India than it show a popup for confirm for .In or .Com.

 

I want to solve a problem that if user is visiting form India or O/s India.

Best Example is Amazon.com.

 

When u visit amazon.com from India it show a confirmation popup for India or Outside India. if u r visit amazon.in from india than it doesn't show popup.

 

Please solve the Issue......
