show menu item using user rights

hello everyone,

i create simple project in c# desktop application, in which i want to create dynamic menu item like, File,Menu Form,View,Option etc, and each item has some 2 or three sub item.

Now i want to create user right which show menu item and sub item as per User Role.

so please help me for this.
