Should I use LINQ or Stored Procedure

Hello,

I am learning Entity Framework and I have a question about it.LINQ. Should I user LINQ or Stored Procedure to take advantage of EF. I see if I use Stored Procedure , it like ADO.NET. So, how I use EF. Sorry because of my stupid question and English.
