SharePoint2016 onprem HTML to Masterpage using DesignManager

Question

Hi Team,

 

Any body know how to convert  plain html page in to master page using Design manager. I tried as mentioned in earlier results but i am not getting the changes.

 

Could you please someone share with screen shot and how to implement. 

 

I have HTML file with div tag. I need left navigation with accordian. in custom master page.
