InVisual Studio 2010 , Lot of Sharepoint 2010 templates are there like

1. Empty SharePoint Project--To Create Empty Project

2.Visual Web Part--To Create Web Parts

3.Event Recivers--To Create Even Reciver

there are some other templates, my query when we have to use this templates
