SharePoint Online - Update custom User Profile Property

Just want to know if it is possible for the O365 admin to update a  custom SharePoint Online user property for all users with distinct values.
Eg. I have a custom UserProfile Property EmpID. I want to update this property for all users in my tenant with distict values. I am using SharePoint Online.
