SharePoint Intranet Site-Must not prompt username&Password
Oct 5 2017 3:10 PM
Hello Friends,
I own sharepoint intranet site which uses NTLM authentication, I need to set this intranet web application NOT TO prompt username and password credentials popup while browsed on any machines Mac or Windows and any browsers Safari, FF, Chrome, IE & Edge.
As far as I checked, even updating it to kerberos also prompts popup asking user name and password. I found one solution from our c-sharpcorner website on how to setup kerberos but it clearly says it also prompts for username and password. Could some one please shed some light on how to acheive authentication with out prompting credentials.
Thanks,
Lakshman
