SharePoint 2016 - Visual webpart properties

Question

Hi,

 

I have created SharePoint Empty Project in Visula Studio 2017 and added Visual webpart (not farm solution one). Now whenever I passing custom properties to webpart, thery getting reflected after I save the page completely.

 

web part 'Apply' & 'Ok' buttons clicks does not change anything in webpart.
