Sharepoint 2010 IE browser compatibilty issue.

Hi,

 

I developed one page using content editor webpart.used bootsrap and  jquery rest api in sharepoint  2010. the page works well in chrome and firefox.but not works in IE..i used IE 11 but document mode by default set IE 8.i try to change this document mode in master page as well as page meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge"..but not working.can anyone give solution for this?.
