Shall we ask for dumps in forums?

Lately, I have seen many users asking for dumps on various exams for clearing certifications. I want to know the community feedback on shall we ask for dumps in forums or shall we really use it at any cost??

I personally think this gives a bad impression about the user in the community. No offense intended for other members answering the dumps questions, but would like to know your feedback on this as well..
