Sever URL Not Working

Question

 Publish the MVC Application from one system and replace the dll in server. server url not working 

but another one system the same application publish replace the dll in server. server url working.

 from my system publish some error occured,

 

Error. Could not load file or assembly 'system.web.mvc' version=4.0.0.1,culture =neutral , public token or one of its dependencies the located assembly manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.
