set file name value in windows explorer file upload dialog

Question

how to set file name value in windows explorer file upload dialog in c# console program.

I want to upload a file automatically through c# program into a website but when i click in browse button through program  it open another window explorer file upload dialog box,here i am unable to set my file path name with full path and unable to click on open button in this box through c# console.

Please have a look and revert me if there is any solution.
