set condition on menu item to display its page.

Question

hello,

my problem is how to set a condition on menu item to open user according page.
in menu, there is a item name(hotel list).

so i wants that if admin logins and click on hotel list menu item then open page for it.

and if user logins and click on menu item hotel list so display only his hotels instead of all hotels.

 please give me its solution as well.
provide me code to set the condition on menu item.
