Service Reference.Client Config File Not Created

Question

Hi ,
    I have connected my silverlight applicaton with the database using WCF, First i have created the WCF service file,it will automatically generate .cs file and Interface file with .cs extension, and then i add service refrence for that service ,but the service reference.client config has not been generated for my project what is the problem in my service,give me suggestion to get the client config file.Thanks in Advance.
