Server Emulator Question

Question

I need someone to help me, perhaps on skype. I'm making this server emulator for this flash virtual world. So far I have the website files and the server in c# coded by some spanish people. Sorry I do not have lots of money, but I'm willing to pay 20$ for someone to find out how to connect the server to the website/swfs.
