Serialize Just a Questioon...

Hi ... Im studion VBNET and now on Serialze Chapter ... I think it`s a good feature from VBNET. in XML serialize .. But i dont Understand The Objetive to serialize a class i mean Wich its the objetive or Advantage to Serialize a class.. with teh and Attributes... I mean Where its the difference between use a normal class and a class .. how it is useful for me Thank you very much
