Senior Software Engineer - PC Developer in the San Diego Area

 
Duties for this position will include:

• Designs, implements, modifies, tests, and documents software.
• Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of software engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.
• Makes decisions independently on software issues, and works with team members to plan and coordinate work.
• Requires the use of advanced software development techniques and the ability to apply new and emerging processes and procedures to the overall development effort.
• Typically reports directly to a team lead or manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• A minimum of 6 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Object oriented design and analysis.
• Client (C#, .NET, Windows Forms, ASP.NET, C++ 
• Server ( .NET, Remoting, Web Service, IIS).
• SQL Database (ADO.NET, SQL Server, T-SQL, ADO ).
• XML, XSLT/DTD/Schema, other XML related tools and technologies.

Next Gen Network Communication using HTTP/SOAP, VPN, TCP/IP and Wireless.
Experience with distributed objects over Internet/Intranet.
