Sending WhatsApp Text And Media Messages Using C#

Question

HI

I saw your post in C# Corner for sending media (image) via whatsApp. I have requirement to send the images from my whatapp business account. I have form in SharePoint for collecting receiver's whatapp phone number.  

Ex : If I wanted to send the greeatings to my friend, I have to access that form and type my friend phone number and click the submit button. Receiver will recive the greeating as image. 

How do i send media file without registering reciervers phone numbers.
