sending files via ftp (i think)

Question

Hi I need to send informatio in the form of a text file from the net (when a user submits some data) to my local servers. I am not sure how to do this, but I thought that it might work with ftp. As far as I know, there is no ftpClient class or sometjing similar in .Net is there? If there is, where can I find it and if not, does anybody have any idea how I might get the info onto my server.
