Sending e-mail

Hi,

I want to send email to any of the server weather it is google,yahoo,times or any other but i am not quite able to do it. Actually I am making a windows services which will be able to send mail. I have tried to do so but for google server there is some other code and for other there is other code.

Is there any way I can send mail without specifying credentials.
