Sending and recieving data between client and server

Question

Hi Friends,

               can any one tell me how i can send data like pictures, video to client computer(Thin Client) and auto play it and how i can see real time preview of my all client computer at a time in my server monitor. please help me. i am a beginner in programming with C#.
