sending a news letter to email using asp.net and c#

Hi Every one,

                      i  have done  sending email  using asp.net  with C# . i have concept like  sending  news letter  to email  like  for example  a credit card is  offering some percentage discounts during  festival so that  info  will  pass  to the  mail  as  a  news  letter  so  how can i  do  that  any idea  please.Thanks
