Send weekly Report via Mail using SQL Job

Question

Hi..

i need to Send weekly Report via Mail using SQL Job.

that is i need to fetch record from a table and fill those values in to my mail message and send those details to certain email id's.(recipient)

Note:

i need to fetch the recipient emailids from a recipient table.

i need to send the report mail on weekly basis(weekly once)

can we achieve this using sql job or what is best possible way to do this?

need ur suggestions with examples.
