Send Values to Floating Window and Get back Info

Question

Hi

I am new to MVC, I need to do a task in MVC4, where I just need to display few checkboxes (may be 4 static CBoxes), when user selects any checkbox, their values should be displayed on small floating window with dynamic text box against each item selected, so that user can enter count for each item he just selected.

This floating window may have save button. When user clicks on save button, information should go back to parent page and be displayed in the bottom. Thanks in advance.
