send sms notifications using MVC without hosting website

I would like to create web application using mvc 5. In which client wants to send sms notifications to every customer after each payment paid by customer.
So how can I do this.

I assume that you are using payment gateway to pay the amount also i guess, payment gateway return the staus about the payment is successful or not. After checking that that you can sent the SMS. Like below:

if(PaymentMade == true)
{
// Sent SMS to the particular customer
}

Hi Rupesh ,

if you are using any third party for payment it will send payement notification automatically if it transaction done successfully.

if you want to send notification from your end you can send it also, after getting success response you can send the notification to customer.
