Send Message to all users on LAN in C# without net send

Hi,

I started to develop a P2P LAN messenger in C#,i can send message on a user to user basis,but i'm having problem when sending it to all users on the network,i want to send message to all users and drop the packets for users without the software.

Any help will be much appreciated.
