Send email by default login details and invisible to sender

Dear All,

I am working on web application ,

and in which my website requirement is like

Send email id by default email id and password which is set in web config and show this mail to  from  another email id which i enter in text box

or
Send email id by default email id and password which is set in web config and sender email i invisble to receiver

Please help me
